All our games have been designed for adults, but they are also accessible to children in accordance with the following conditions:
Sensorial Adventure : from 7 and older.
7-11 yo : One accompanying adult up to 6 children (mandatory). 2 adults for larger groups.
12-14 yo : One accompanying adult up to 8 children (mandatory). We strongly suggest 2 adults for larger groups.
13-14 yo : Up to 6 children without accompanying adult with parental authorization by e-mail.
Escape Game Windar Theory : from 10 and older.
10-13 yo : One accompanying adult (mandatory).
13-14 yo : we strongly suggest an accompanying adult should be present. They can play on their own with a written parental authorization by e-mail.

No ! Windar Theory Escape Game and our offbeat Sensorial Adventure Escape Game are great fun for all ages. For children and adults, our Escape Rooms are essentially the same. But the stakes are quite different. That’s why our Escape Game activities are cross-generational.

First of all, congratulations! Our Escape Games are accessible to pregnant women and no physical effort is required. Please note, however, that you will have to stand for a maximum of 1 hour 15 minutes. If necessary, we can place a chair in the game for you to sit on.
During our offbeat Escape Game, the Sensorial Adventure, if it’s really necessary, you can go outside to use the toilet and join your team-mates afterwards.
But during the Windar Theory Escape Game, leaving the room would mean the end of the game for you. Please also note that although our missions have no scary elements, they do have some surprises for you.

For the Sensorial Adventure: you can form a team of 4 to 12 people. If you only want to play with 2 or 3 people, that’s possible. But there is a minimum charge of 4 players.
For the Windar Theory Escape Game: you can form a team of 3 to 6 players and 6 to 12 players for the duel mode.
If you only want to play with 2 or 3 people, that’s possible. But there is a minimum charge of 4 players.

Yes, in fact, it is possible to come and play with 6 players in our 2 games.
The limit for the Escape Game: Windar Theory is 6 players and our Sensory Adventure 10 players, or on exceptional occasion 12 players !

Our games can be played by two players, but you will have to pay the price of a minimum 3-player session for the Escape Game “Windar Theory” and a 4-player session for the Sensory Adventure. Don’t forget to let us know in the comments when you book online!
However, we advise you not to come alone with a child, for reasons of increased difficulty and reduced potential fun.

It is entirely possible for extra people to be added to your Escape Game booking. Simply let us know in advance the exact number of people who will be joining your Escape Game group. Please bear in mind the maximum number of people per team allowed (10 for the Sensory Adventure and 6 for each Windar Theory Escape Game room).
You’ll have to pay the difference when you arrive. You can consult our prices here. Please note! We do not have a CB terminal on site. So payment can only be made by cheque, cash or ANCV holiday vouchers. Be sure to let extra players know !

Windar Theory Escape Game can accommodate 2 teams of 3 to 6 players in Duel mode.
The Sensory Adventure can be played with up to 10 players per team, but you can bring up to 3 teams of 10 people with a 30-minute gap between each session. But don’t panic, you’ll only have to wait about fifteen minutes for your session to begin

Of course you can! At Tactisens, we let you enjoy the thrill of competition. Thanks to our Escape Game room: Windar Theory. In addition to playing against the clock, you can also play against another team of up to 6 people.

Yes, to confirm your booking, full payment must be made before the date of the event.
If you are unable to pay the whole amount online, you can make a reservation for slightly fewer players, tell us in the comments how many you will be in person and pay the remaining amount when you come to the event.
In all cases, no booking will be confirmed without a minimum payment in advance.

Prices for the Sensorial Adventure are degressive depending on the number of participants per game session. They range from €32 to €29 per person. For the Windar Theory Escape Game, the price per person is fixed at €29.
We also have discounted prices for children under 15, students and jobseekers: we offer a 10% discount, every day except Saturday. Proof of eligibility will be requested.

Payment is done online on our secure platform by credit card, Mastercard, Visa, Pass Culture, and/or with the code of a gift voucher.
If you really can’t pay online, you can visit our premises in advance of the event, phoning us beforehand to make sure we can see you at a time that suits you.
Please note! On-site payments can only be made by bank check, cash or ANCV holiday vouchers.
For institutions, order forms are accepted.

Want to take advantage of your Culture Pass for your Escape Game at Tactisens? You can!
All you have to do is :
Go to your Pass Culture mobile application
Book the “Tactisens” offer of your choice on the Pass Culture application to obtain the booking code.
Then go to our website, click on “Book” and select the session that suits you best. When you choose the method of payment, click on “By Pass culture”. Click on “Proceed to payment” and enter your code.
That’s it, you’re booked, and you can get confirmation by email straight away! Now all you have to do is turn up to the exact time you booked.

Yes, you can use your paper ANCV holiday vouchers to pay for Escape Games at Tactisens! There are two ways to book:
1) The easiest way: book directly online and pay (by credit card) for a session for a minimum number of people, indicating in the comments the amount you wish to pay in ANCV Holiday Vouchers (paper) and the actual number of participants.
When you come, you pay the amount you want with your Holiday Vouchers ANCV. We will refund any overpayment, if necessary, directly to the credit card used for online payment, or in cash.
Please note, however, that we do not return change for holiday vouchers.
2) If you are unable to pay for a minimum session by booking directly online:
Use this contact form to tell us your contact details (surname, first name, email, mobile), the type of game, the number of players and the date and time of the slot you have chosen in our booking system.
We will email you a payment link for a jointly-defined amount to be paid as soon as possible (by credit card) so that we can confirm your booking.
Once you have sent us the information by e-mail, if you want to play on the same day, you can call us on 05 61 46 40 35 to speed up the booking process.
When you arrive, if you wish, we will refund the amount paid by credit card, either on the credit card or in cash, and you will pay the full amount with your ANCV holiday vouchers. Please note that in all cases, we do not return change for holiday vouchers.

You must send us a written request via our website contact forms, or by email to contact@tactisens.com, giving as many details as possible about your request. We will send you a quote and a draft schedule.
No booking will be confirmed without the return of your signed and approved quotation and payment.
For orders under €400 including tax, full payment is required before the date of the service.
For orders over €400 including VAT, a 50% deposit is required on acceptance of the quote (“good for agreement and signature”). The balance will be due before the date of the service, or on receipt of the invoice.
Once a quote has been accepted (order validation), payment can be made by bank transfer (preferably), credit card (a payment link will be sent), cheque or cash.

Booking is easy: just go to our website, click on book, then choose your date.
Then choose one of our two game concepts and the time of the session that suits you.
You can choose several sessions if you are a large group or if you want to try out our two games!
To play our Windar Theory Escape Game in duel mode, choose the same time slot in the 2 “Windar Theory” columns.
For the Sensory Adventure, if you’re more than 10 people, you’ll need to make 2 teams: choose 2 slots that are as close together as possible, finalise your booking, then contact us via the form on our website so that we can arrange for your 2 teams to play with as little waiting time as possible between your 2 sessions (around 20 minutes).
Finally, to confirm your booking, simply pay online.

Unfortunately not, as Escape Game services are leisure activities provided on a fixed date, no right of withdrawal will be possible under article 121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code. Consequently, no reservation can be cancelled or refunded. However, rest assured that it is possible to postpone the booking to a later date. In this case, Tactisens will give you a credit note for an advantageous period of 18 months. But if you miss the deadline, charges may apply.
In the event of cancellation on the day itself, or failure to show up on time, no refund or credit note will be issued.

Not quite sure of the exact number of participants? Here’s some good advice:
Book and pay online for the number you are fairly sure of. Then contact us no later than the day before you are due to come, to let us know the final number of participants. You can then pay the balance on the day of your visit. Please note that prices per person vary according to the number of participants, so it will be up to you to make your own arrangements regarding this additional payment.

Changes to Escape Game bookings can be made free of charge up to 7 days before the event. However, if Tactisens is unable to offer you a new Escape Game slot that suits you, no refund will be possible. A voucher may be issued depending on the time remaining before the event. Charges may also apply depending on the time remaining. (To find out more, see our General Terms and Conditions, article 7 in particular).

This option is reserved for professionals (via the procedure for validating an order from a quote) and large groups of individuals.
Receipt of the quotation that you have signed constitutes a firm order and you undertake to pay for the service (by bank transfer, cheque, credit card, etc.) before the date of the service (games or other offers).

Yes, our games are ideal for team building.
We can rent out our reception room for meetings as well as cocktails and lunches. You can now request a quote using the contact form.

Yes, all you have to do is book the session(s) that suit(s) you and send us a comment with information about the groom or groom-to-be that will enable us to personalise the game.

Tactisens Escape Game Toulouse is located at 33 Port Saint-Sauveur, 31000 Toulouse, next to the Grand Rond and Place Dupuy.
Accessible by subway, François Verdier station (5 min. walk). Or by bus, lines 14 – 22 – 27 – 38 – L1.
If you wish to come by car, you will find parking spaces in front of the premises (including 2 disabled spaces). You can also use the Paul Sabatier car park (2 minutes’ walk) and the Carnot car park (5 minutes walk).
There is also a bike rental, VélôToulouse station (2 minutes walk).

The time of your reservation is the time at which we will open you the door of Tactisens. Your entire team must therefore arrive at the exact time you booked your Escape Game. Neither early nor late. Make sure you read all the details in the booking confirmation email (it’s not the same as the payment confirmation)!
You will be greeted by a Game Master who will give you all the instructions you need to carry out your Escape Game missions.

Unfortunately, if you’re more than 15 minutes late, it’s no longer worth starting an Escape Game, and your booking will be considered void and cannot be refunded. This is because a team is playing after you, and the Escape Game room requires preparation between each session. So we recommend that you arrive on time!
However, if you still wish to play, please note that the time you are allowed to play will be shortened by the amount of time you are late. Please note that there will be no reduction on the price you paid.

If you would like to accompany a team for an Escape Game at Tactisens, but you don’t want to play, you can’t stay on our premises. Our reception areas are dedicated to briefings and debriefings and are not waiting rooms.

If you’re booking the Sensorial Adventure for a special event, send us an email with details of the person in honour. On the day of the event, your Game Master will do everything he can to personalise your game as much as possible.

We send a private album to each team following their game, and if the participants have given their consent, we post the photos on one of Tactisens’ social networks.

Yes, all our rooms are air-conditioned, including the most secret corners of our Escape Games! Maximum comfort to optimise your reflexes.

All our premises comply with the (stringent) standards of the DSCRM (Direction de la Sécurité Civile et des Risques Majeurs). We offer Escape Games so you can play safely !

To help you on your adventure and solve your puzzles, you are followed live by a game master through a network of cameras and microphones. But no trace of your passage is recorded for posterity 🙂

If you really need to, you can leave our Escape Game rooms at any time. The game master who accompanies you throughout your game session can also intervene if necessary. Please note, however, that if you leave the game for good, we will not issue any refunds or discounts.

None of our Escape Game rooms are plunged into darkness. There may be occasional passages in semi-darkness, essential for sharpening your senses.
If you feel oppressed, you can leave our Escape Games at any time. In our offbeat Escape Game, the Sensorial Adventure, you’ll move around a 100 m² play area and rarely stay more than 15 minutes in any one room (measuring at least 19 m²). What’s more, each room on the course has an emergency exit door leading directly to the reception desk, should you need to leave. Please note that leaving the play area is permanent and does not entitle you to a refund or reduction.

Of course you can ! There will be taste tests in this offbeat Escape Game! But we can adapt them to suit your requirements. As a general rule, we take care to avoid commonly allergenic foods and pork as much as possible.

No special preparation is required for our Escape Games! All you need to bring is your good spirits and comfortable clothes (if possible, avoid high heels and flip-flops) !

Tactisens Escape Game Toulouse has signed the national “Play with Confidence” Charter, which ensures that the sanitary conditions are appropriate for the activities offered by Escape Game brands.
In order to welcome you in the best conditions, here are some instructions that we ask you to follow very carefully:
Arrive at Tactisens Escape Game Toulouse on time and in full. Until the group is complete and on time, we will not be able to let you into Tactisens.
Hydro-alcoholic gel provided in all Escape Game rooms and reception areas. Sanitary facilities also available for hand washing.
Our Escape Games are private and by appointment, so don’t worry, you won’t be with another group.
The game rooms and toilets are carefully disinfected.
Our vast 140 m² reception area makes it easy to respect social distancing.
For reasons of hygiene, scooters and similar vehicles will not be allowed on the premises.
Our game masters reserve the right to ask anyone showing symptoms commonly associated with Covid to wear a mask.

Summer or winter, with friends, family or colleagues… Tactisens is accessible to everyone!
No physical effort is required. What’s more, you don’t need any specific knowledge to take part – all you need is imagination, a bit of logic and a great team spirit to get through the mission! And yes, our Escape Games in Toulouse are open to everyone. For children, please refer to the terms and conditions.

Our reception area and our 2 scenarios are located on street level and have been designed to be accessible to people with reduced mobility.
However, there are objects to be handled, which is why we advise you to always have at least one participant without a physical disability in the team.
